The design of the building is a ruggedly handsome contemporary structure that would fit in well with the natural features of the site and would itself be self evident, a wildlife management facility. This project was completed on time, one million dollars below budget and callbacks were minimal. This project included a sophisticated main frame central computer facility with an accessible floor system. The system was networked throughout the facility in order to maintain the computerized record keeping of hunting, fishing, trapping, commercial fishing, pleasure and commercial boat licensing as well as game management enforcement. An auditorium was included and is used for Commission Meetings and Public Service Events.
